We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, as connectivity depends on third-party telecom operators outside our control.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Orders and Delivery

  • eSIMs are delivered digitally via email and your account dashboard
  • Delivery is typically instant but may be delayed due to technical issues
  • You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing
  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed

5. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Payment must be made in full before delivery
  • We use secure third-party payment processors
  • eSIM Spaza does not store your payment card details

6. Device Compatibility

Not all devices support eSIM technology. You are solely responsible for checking that your device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing. No refunds will be issued for purchases made on incompatible devices.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell or redistribute eSIM plans
  • Use plans in ways that violate network fair usage policies
  • Abuse, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent our systems
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes

Violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension without refund.

8. Service Availability

Coverage, speed, and performance depend on local network operators and may vary significantly by location. We do not guarantee specific speeds or coverage levels in any country or region.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • eSIM Spaza is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for network interruptions or third-party failures
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant eSIM plan

10. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, all sales are generally final. Please review our full Refund Policy before purchasing.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services if you violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

12. Changes to Terms
